Current Roles

Support Worker — Community & Daily Living

Provide personal care, community access, and daily living support to NDIS participants. Casual, part-time, and full-time positions available across various locations.

Support Worker — Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Work within our SIL homes providing overnight, weekend, and shift-based supports. Ideal for experienced support workers who thrive in a home environment.

Support Coordinator

Help participants navigate the NDIS, connect with services, and make the most of their plans. Experience in the NDIS sector preferred.

Team Leader / Supervisor

Lead a team of support workers, provide on-the-ground supervision, and support quality service delivery. Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Minimum Requirements

       Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or related field (or willingness to obtain)

       NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain — we can help)

       Current First Aid and CPR certificate

       Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for community-based roles)

       Working with Children Check (where applicable)

       Australian working rights
