Our Story

Greater Care Support was established by a team of passionate disability support professionals who saw a gap in the market: providers that ticked boxes, but didn't truly listen. We started with a simple idea — that great support begins with a great relationship.

From our early days working with a small group of participants to growing into a trusted provider across the region, our commitment has never wavered. Every decision we make comes back to one question: does this genuinely improve the life of the person we're supporting?
